Marc’s background spans production leadership, process engineering and site management in complex metal recycling and non-ferrous processing operations.
His experience includes running the integrated Long Marston recycling operation and leading the UK operation of a specialist non-ferrous recycling business through investment, growth and operational change. It brings a perspective formed by responsibility for production, technical performance and the practical demands of a working site.
Across mechanical separation and intelligent sorting lines, his work has covered equipment selection, process and plant design, installation, commissioning and optimisation. Understanding how an individual machine performs is part of that experience; understanding how it affects the rest of the operation is what connects it.
That background also spans different business environments: larger operations with established teams and reporting structures, and smaller owner-led businesses balancing daily production with investment and growth. MH Processing was created to make that practical experience available where additional technical capacity can make a difference.

Start with the material, required output and commercial objective. Keep the freedom to recommend the most suitable route across manufacturers and technologies.
Understand before investing.
Assess the existing process, equipment condition, feed presentation, settings and operating routines before deciding whether adjustment, repair or replacement is justified.
Be candid about the evidence.
Make assumptions visible. Separate observed results from expected benefits. Define what a trial or performance check needs to establish before a bigger commitment.
Make the next step practical.
Advice should lead to actions that fit the site, its people and its constraints. Clear responsibilities and a useful handover matter as much as a well-developed proposal.
Protect trust.
Respect confidential information, be clear about the role being undertaken, including when MHP supplies the equipment, and work constructively with suppliers while keeping the recycler’s requirements at the centre.
Connect engineering to value.
Consider recovery, purity, throughput, reliability, operating cost and investment together. A stronger process needs to make sense in normal production and commercially.
