Three formats to suit your material
Belt-fed sorters for throughput and complex streams, and gravity-fed sorters for fine fractions. Each is sized to your application and quoted on request.
Dual-layer belt-fed sorter
Ideal for compact spaces and complex streams. Two sorting layers in one unit let you refine a product twice, or separate two different non-conforming materials from the desired stream.

Single-layer belt-fed sorter
A high-throughput model, available in a number of widths to meet your budget and requirement. An overbelt light bar can be fitted to improve separation on smaller fractions.

Taiho AI optical sorters for metal recycling
Among the optical sorters MHP supplies are Taiho metal sorters, manufactured by Hefei Taihe Intelligent Technology Group Co., Ltd (Taiho). The range includes single-layer and dual-layer belt-fed sorters for copper granule, WEEE metals, radiators and Zorba, with optional AI deep learning.
