Recovery or quality isn’t where it should be
MHP finds what is holding back recovery, product quality or uptime, then turns the evidence into a prioritised improvement plan.

Planning a new line or upgrade
Flow sheets and digital layouts show the line before any commitment, with equipment matched to your material and budget.

Mixed-metals plant development
- Challenge
- A UK recycler handling Zorba, meters, gas valves, compressors and e-waste needed better liberation and cleaner, higher-value products.
- What MHP did
- MHP assessed the site and material mix, then designed a manufacturer-independent route in three packages that can be funded separately.
- Outcome
- A phased, priced basis for deciding what to build, in what order and how far to go.
Legacy fines value recovery
- Challenge
- A recycler had been offered a disposal outlet for stockpiled fines but suspected metal value would leave site with it.
- What MHP did
- MHP ran a small feasibility trial, found missed fine ferrous was the strongest opportunity, and designed a mobile two-phase route.
- Outcome
- A low-capital first phase that recovers known value and builds the evidence before any further spend.
Drying drum line audit
- Challenge
- A rotary drying line for mixed non-ferrous metals was running well below its expected throughput.
- What MHP did
- MHP audited the whole line, from infeed and drum to heating, extraction, screening and dust discharge.
- Outcome
- Interacting faults separated into a clear, prioritised order of work instead of one-off fixes.
Material and output first. Equipment last.
