Full Operational Health Check

The Full Operational Health Check provides a broader review of the site, its processing operations and the systems used to control production.

It is designed for larger or more complex operations where the issues cannot be understood by looking at a single line in isolation. This may include multiple production areas, stock and material flow, maintenance, reporting, quality control and management routines.

Because sites vary significantly in size and complexity, each Full Operational Health Check is individually scoped following an initial discussion and, where appropriate, a preliminary site visit.
