Choose the Right Level of Site Review
Not every process or site can be properly reviewed within the same timeframe.
A straightforward line, production area or known operational issue may only require a focused review. A complete processing line requires a more detailed assessment of how the equipment, operators and material interact. Larger sites with multiple processes and wider control issues need a separately scoped full operational review.
MH Processing offers three levels of assessment so the work can be matched to the size, complexity and requirements of the operation.
Operational Reviews for Metal Recycling and Processing Sites
The Focused Operational Review provides an independent assessment of a clearly defined part of the operation. It is intended to identify visible losses, plant-condition issues, weak controls and immediate improvement opportunities without attempting to undertake a detailed analysis of every process stage.
Focused Operational Review
The Processing Line Performance Audit is a structured, in-depth assessment of a single defined production line and the equipment, people and controls that support it.
Processing Line Performance Audit
The Full Operational Health Check provides a broader review of the site, its processing operations and the systems used to control production.
It is designed for larger or more complex operations where the issues cannot be understood by looking at a single line in isolation. This may include multiple production areas, stock and material flow, maintenance, reporting, quality control and management routines.
