The Processing Line Performance Audit is a structured, in-depth assessment of a single defined production line and the equipment, people and controls that support it.
Rather than reviewing individual machines in isolation, the audit looks at how the complete line operates from infeed through to finished outputs and waste streams. It considers whether each process stage is supporting the next and where throughput, recovery, quality or availability may be being lost.
The scope is agreed in advance so the line can be properly assessed within the allocated time.
